Research is the life-blood of our work, contributing to the growth of a scholarly community with a focus in 'Living Holiness'. The primacy of 'living holiness' as a theological source can be seen clearly in the gospel narratives, a genre proclaiming a message that comes to light with the unfolding of events in chronological sequence. We see this too in holy lives, whose deep texts are the gospel narratives, those whose very lives become their instruments, pointing us beyond our contemporary understanding. For this reason all of our activities give priority to 'life as witness' having an inter-disciplinary character. Our 'Living Testimony' and 'I Witness' projects are examples of this central focus. We value the contribution of others, especially practitioners, in collaborative research partnerships. We hope to increasingly offer resources of benefit to schools, colleges, churches and other organisations in the UK, Russia and internationally.
